In advance of the UN’s International Day of Persons with Disabilities we are conducting a survey on issues related to disability.

Persons with disabilities include those who have long-term physical, mental, intellectual or sensory impairments which, in interaction with various barriers, may hinder their full participation in society on an equal basis with others.

We would like to hear from as many people as possible. There are some general questions for everyone to answer, as well as some specific questions for people who have a disability, or people who have a family member or close friend in the Channel Islands who has a disability.

The survey should take around 10 minutes to complete.

You are not required to provide your name, email address, date of birth or any other identifiable personal data in order to complete this survey. If you wish to view our privacy policy, please click here.

Which island are you a resident of? *This question is required.
